Personal Information
Terry F. Brady Esquire, graduated from Wayne Hills High School, Wayne, New Jersey, in 1974 before attending Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Mr. Brady majored in Political Science, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978. Thereafter, Mr. Brady attended Rutgers School of Law, Camden and earned his Juris Doctor in 1981. After graduating from law school, Mr. Brady clerked for The Honorable Ralph V. Martin, J.S.C., in the Passaic County Superior Court. Prior to joining the firm of Brady & Kunz, Mr. Brady was a partner at Gilmore & Monahan, representing various government bodies and an associate at Campbell, Foley, Lee, Murphy & Cernigliaro, where he primarily focused on insurance defense. Mr. Brady lives in Toms River, NJ with his wife and four children.
Mr. Brady is admitted to both the New Jersey Bar and Florida Bar, and has been admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals and also to the United States Supreme Court.
